Respectful house with large shared kitchen, living room, studio space, porch and backyard. Laundry room on the side of the house. Utilities are split 4 ways, the average is $100/mo (considering water bill is every 3 months). We work together to keep the house looking and feeling good + clean .

My husband is a musician, we host weekly band rehearsals before 10pm, typically during work hours or early evening. Our friend + roommate has a day job so he is rarely felt in the house, makes great company when he is around. We share time and food when we can. Not a party house. We do entertain guests and family when we have time; we talk + inform each other of those types of things to make sure everyone is comfortable. Over night guests are fine, no more than 3 consecutive days.
