We are a Christian family offering a room with a shared bathroom. No drugs, no smoking inside the house, no pets, no overnight guests, curbside parking, and follow association rules and regulations. Rent for couples is 1,400. House comes with water softner and purifier throughout the house, brand new flooring and painting. Curbside parking. As part of the Silver Lakes hoa, residents have access to incredible amenities including a 27-hole championship golf course (assoc. charges a pass to golf), two private lakes, a clubhouse, swimming pool, parks, tennis courts, free gym, RV and boat parking, and equestrian facilities. This is more than just a home — it’s a lifestyle.
