It is a place to stay, Need long term stay. Need to cook shared kitchen, and shared washer/dryer. Shared bathroom . Keep thing’s clean all I ask. No animals allowed. I’ll except pets if they are Exceptionally trained, Do not want pet messes!. Do have back yard if you wish to do some gardening. Quite place to live. Except if I’m up watching movies LOL…..If a student going to UNM Valencia 22 min away, Loves travel stop 4 min, Walmart 12 min, Lowe’s Market grocery store 8 min. Do have WiFi if you need to be online.

I work full-time part-time. like watching shows, and some video games. I do have my own room.
