My current roommate will be moving out at the end of June. I am looking for a roommate starting in July. The bedroom is 10.6 x 9.9 and closet is 2.1 x 5.9. There is a twin bed and tall dresser if you would like to use them or they can go into storage if you choose not to. There is 1.5 bathrooms, so you can have your own bathroom as well, but the shower/tub is shared as there is only one. The house is fully furnished and shared. There is a living room, dining space and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit off the kitchen. Not far from Kent State University or Akron University. Great if a student is looking for a quiet place to live/study, or someone wanting a peaceful location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. There is also a pool, tennis court, and small fitness room.

I am friendly and easy to get along with. I usually keep the house pretty clean, and I work two jobs. Prefer to room with another female. I have one small dog. I don’t expect you to take care of him, just incase you are worried about that 😁. He will also probably follow you around, he loves everyone.
