Home owner with 1 shy indoor cat in a beautifully private, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2600 sq. foot home in West Salem. Home has an additional dwelling unit attached with it’s own entrance in the basement. The ADU is cozy and offers has own private full bathroom and partial mini kitchen which includes a small fridge, pantry, micro-convection-air fryer oven, Toaster and coffee maker. Looking for 1 roommate only. Bonus points if you are good with household chores/maintenance. I do work in the wine industry and enjoy entertaining and hosting dinner parties from time to time, but it’s not a “Party pad” the right fit would be welcome to join us in life’s little celebrations.
