Alicia's room

I am renting 1 room in my 4 bedroom house, 3 bathroom house.

The room can accommodate two people with a slight increase in rent for the second person. The bathroom is private with a double sink. The room fits a full size bed and few more pieces of furniture. It have a decent sized closet and a window. It’s on the second floor.

Everyone living in the house is very respectful and responsible, and we expect the same in return. I don’t accept smokers, alcohol, kids. High speed Wi-Fi is included.
