Traveling Nurses. 13 minutes or less, to most health destinations.

No loud parties.

Smoking tobacco and cannabis must be done outside far away from entrances and away from non-smokers who may be outside.

Two other renters and I live here. I’m the owner of the house.

Jose Gobbo (Zé) is a Brazilian Jazz musician. Zé has his doctorate in music and teaches at UIS.

Alex and Danata, a Russian married couple who live in the primary bedroom, have been my most polite and helpful renters.

They treat me like I’m their father.

I’m old enough to be everyone’s dad, that’s for sure.

It’s a very calm and quiet home, so everyone knows they can get a good night’s sleep.

All my renters are required to go through a background check which costs $35. This way, the renters and I can be assured there are no violent people in the home.
