Beautiful penthouse with 2 floors plus a private rooftop with breathtaking views of the city. There is deck with a grill on the second floor as well. Your bathroom is spacious, big and it has a nice tub. Everything is renovated. There is a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen is very spacious with granite mantels, a state of the art oven, toaster, filtered water and a den that currently is used as an office (can be shared) with two monitors and printer. There is another bathroom in the second floor and there are Sonos speakers on the ceilings all over the house. We have a cleaner who comes and cleans and folds clothes (if required) every week. I live with my girlfriend and we are both respectful and with successful careers. We work from home Mondays and Fridays
