Myself , my 17 year old son living there. One private bathroom will be available for roommate . All guests are to be respectful and quiet after reasonable hours. Had the coolest most respectful roommate that will no longer be staying so I Prefer a roommate who also values peace and is clean . No pets allowed unfortunately.
