4BR/2BA home in Brandon, MS. Reservoir area off Spillway Road. Me (45) (RN who works nights will live in the home along with my younger brother (24) who works out of state 21 days a month. We are at work more than we are at home.My 23 yo daughter stays upstairs in the other bedroom so the bathroom is shared. Females only due to my daughter living upstairs. Cost is $800 which includes utilities, garbage, water, gas, sewage, WiFi. No couples. No drugs. Alcohol is fine until it becomes a problem. No credit check involved. Show 2 months proof of income and pay the deposit and you can move in. If you’re more than 2 weeks behind on rent then you will be evicted. We will not tolerate any squatters. We are nice guys and understand sometimes things happen but if you take advantage of us then we will just move your stuff out for you. You will have access to the kitchen area. The room will be furnished with a bed, tv, and dresser. It’s up stairs away from me and my younger brother who live on the 1st floor. $800 a month with $ 200 deposit. Deposit and 1st months rent is due upon moving in. Deposit is refundable. You can do half rent at the beginning of the month and half on the 15th. We are flexible and will work with you within reason. Earliest move in date is 8-1-26. There’s no lease agreement required. Month to month lease is acceptable.

2 (45 and 24) brothers who work a lot and won’t tolerate any BS. (1) Female who rents the other room upstairs. We are all quiet and respectful. We keep the house very neat and clean. Pay rent on time and don’t damage anything then you’re good.
