3 bed/1 bath apartment in downtown Dover. 2 off street parking spaces with plenty of on street parking! Coin operated laundry in the basement that only our unit uses. Neighbors are kind and quiet. The available room is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are mostly furnished.

I am a 29 y/o female that works from home in IT. I enjoy getting out after work, and like to keep my space clean and quiet. I enjoy chatting with roommates, but don’t feel the need to force hanging out. I enjoy playing soccer, hanging with friends (usually outside of the apartment), baking, etc.
