Amber's room

A private guest house is available for rent! The space has its own entrance, covered car garage. This is a single room (~120 sq ft) with attached private bathroom. (It’s unfurnished but I have a brand new bed frame available). Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and backyard in the main house. The house is conveniently situated - 5-10 min walk to pool/restaurant/grocery and 10 min drive to Irvine Spectrum and 405.

I am a female in early 30s working full time. I work 9-5 on weekdays and usually hang out with friends/watch movies on weekends. I’ve been living in Irvine for almost 6 years and am pretty familiar with the neighborhood. Looking for single occupancy, prefer a working professional or student.
