The homeowner roomie only stops by briefly a couple of times a week to check on the property. Tenant may utilize a lock and key for their bedroom. Owner has a room space in the house, but does not overnight or share the main living spaces (kitchen, refrigerator, stove, bathroom, etc.), A female is in unit 2 and has her own space (rooms) and appliances.
