I have 1 fully furnished bedroom and a very clean quite house and in a safe neighborhood. Wi/fi free, and TV. in room with fire stick. Also a Washer and dryer in garage. Parking in front of home. Located close to Travis AFB. (15 minutes away). House is cleaned professionally 2 times a month at my expense. That includes your room and your bathroom too if wanted. Utilities are divided by 3!😃 Non smoking home. No smoking allowed. Thank you! 😁

I have 2 yorkies but they are mostly quite and loveable very well trained. I enjoy traveling, going to the beach and doing new things. I am quite and can keep to myself, however I don’t mind socializing. I enjoy reading and gardening . Thank you.
