Private subdivision, Park, Easy access to downtown area. I’m a quiet, non-smoking, organized hardworking professional looking for a roommate to share living expenses and assist with the mortgage. My home would provide you with your own furnished bedroom (walk in closet) with a private bathroom. There is room to park your vehicle in the driveway. I have 1 yr old Pomeranian, Bentley, who lives at my residence. Expenses would include rent and utilities (monthly $925 rent includes utilities water cable, etc). There is also a $200 non-refundable deposit.

Lease is a month-to-month agreement preferred longer rental agreement. I’m looking for a professional (male or female) who is respectful of personal space, drama free, relatively quiet-laid back, maintains clear boundaries, articulate communicator, non-smoker, no drugs, doesn’t party-play loud music-bring strangers into our shared living space. No children or pets please.
