Room comes with a 55 inch TV, Bed frame, mattress, desk, shoe rack, laundry basket, & wire closet. Room is a converted garage so it’s the biggest room in the house. A/C and heating installed.
House is located walking distance to Pacific University, Downtown Forest Grove, the bus line, Safeway, and more. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Hillsboro downtown, Intel, or Genentec campuses. 35 to 50 minute drive to Portland depending on traffic.
TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, are provided by me :)
