New renovations, room is already furnished so you would not have to worry about buying furniture. Theres a rooftop pool and patio. Security deposit can be negotiatied. Views are incredible. Looking for someone who is very clean, does not have too many guest over all the time and is mindful. I do not mind noise, I am willing to find ways to limit it because I understand having friends over late night or to just hangout in the living room. About the roomies
I live in the 2 bedroom by myself currently. I am pretty laid back I just really got over my partying days lol. I am more focused now, I may have some friends over late night to hang out and talk but nothing futher.
