Large Private Master Suite in Silver Lake

We are renting the huge master bedroom the size of an apartment, with its own bathroom and amazing views in our 5000 sq foot Silver Lake house. It’s technically one big room but it’s got a separate section that’s perfect for a bed or office. Truly an awesome space. Currently being used as both a bedroom and recording studio with plenty of room for any number of setups as shown in the pictures. The room features expansive views and lots of windows with a high ceiling overlooking an incredible 1/4 acre backyard.

Beautiful southeast facing views of the San Gabriel Mountains, huge backyard and property, Central AC/Heat, parking, in house washer and dryer, dishwasher, plenty of closet/storage space, patio area/bbq. Walking distance to Whole Foods and the reservoir.

Friendly, respectful, clean home. Everyone does their own thing and the house is so big, it really does feel like you have your own hilltop abode.

There is a very nice and quiet dog, so you must be dog friendly and ok with music being made and played sometimes. During certain months utility bills can be pretty high, and can add a few hundred dollars a month per person.

Landlords require a double deposit. First and last months deposit due (3000) + first months rent (1500). at signing as well. Also a background / credit check with good credit (700ish). They’re a bit picky about that.

This is a steal for the area and property, we are just being particular and looking for the right person.

We are friendly and also very respectful of each others’ space. The place is big enough, and we all kind of do our own thing, so it never feels crowded. We all get along well with one another, and it is a nice vibe, harmonious environment.
