The house features ample storage in the two car garage as well as the outdoor storage facility. Bedroom comes with a private bathroom that is sometimes used by other roommates.
Situated just off I-35, you are far enough not to hear any traffic but close enough to be anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. The house is close enough to walk to amenities like a taco shop, convenience store and other restaurants close by
