About the room

It is a gated community that is now a retirement community. So it is very quiet after 6pm. There is pickle ball courts a gym and a pool that is available. However they have raised amenities yet again to $600 a month. So if you are wanting to use the amenities then it will be an additional $250 a month.

About the roomies

The community is vey clean very well lit and is gated and very safe. I have lived here for 7 years and neighbors are all established and look after one another . It is just me right now. And my dog who I have split custody with the ex. ( I know 😆) we will split APS and internet and gas…
