Located 10 min from Alliance town center and about 30-35 min from Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Denton. If you’re a UNT student, it may be a ways but I make the trip just fine.

At the moment it’s just myself. I’m a student at UNT taking some time off to focus on work and my routine so far is pretty straight forward. My previous roommate and I did well in balancing our responsabilities of maintaining shared space cleanliness by collaborating on dishwashing, sweeping/mopping, clearing out laundry so to maintain both machines available for the next use. Seperate fridges allowed us to stock and maintain our own foods/groceries with a shared pantry space that was agreed upon as free game with consideration for the others food, replenishing it should we take the last of what was there. I have pots, pans, utensils and such that I’m happy to share and the organization of the kitchen space is relatively straightforward.

I’m more of a night owl though I main consideration for my roommate by maintaing my noise levels to a minimum so to not disturb their sleep/other routines; ensuring that any use of common space didn’t clash with one another’s routine.
