Utilities split between roommates: Gas/elec varies by season ~40/month each. Comcast high-speed wireless Wi-Fi ~$25 each.

RTD 205 runs every 30 minutes and is only a 5 minute walk. 1 mile to King Sooper’s, Burger King, various shopping in Gunbarrel. Boulder is just a few minutes drive.

Month to month, no lease required. First and last month’s rent to move-in (or hold). No security deposit.
