The property is located on Campus, Napa Valley College. It is super secure, key fobs to get into every door(elevator, staircase, apartment, gate). We have to follow college rules.
It’s located on the 2nd floor of building 1 next to the River so it’s downtown Napa! We have free parking until August then we will purchase a parking permit. Walking distance to anything and everything. Target, groceries, restaurants, parks, hikes, all the things.
We’d be splitting the rent evenly. No security deposit. Your rent covers internet, water, electricity, renters insurance, WiFi, and your furnished bedroom. Lots of space!
I am super sweet and down to Earth! I need someone to live in the apartment because I’m basically there 4 days a month haha so sad. I am hardly there. I am a Fire Fighter and it is Fire Season, so I’m working 6 days a week right now and if I’m called out to a big fire, could be gone up to 30 days. So I need you to be self sufficient.
