Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, lower level family room, laundry room, and one full bathroom (shared).

Utilities Include: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and WIFI internet.

Location: West End Davenport just blocks from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, grocery, gas, & public transportation.

Parking: on street parking on busy road. Snow route.

Public Transportation: city bus stop located down the block at Telegraph.

Pets: Not allowed. My home is legally maxed out on pete. Even if you have an ESA critter, it will NOT be allowed. I have a disability and it can & I will not bring on undue stress and have my MS attack my brain & spinal worse than it already is.

Length of lease: month-to-month. I like to rent month-to-month because life happens &/ or if either party is unhappy at any time, we can go our separate ways. Prefer long term tenant but short term is ok too. NO DEPOSIT! Only a cleaning fee of $75.

About the roomies: Homeowner Holly - 43/Female MS Warrior & FurMom of 3 happy cats (all female). 1st shift job. Due to MS I have my medical card so cannabis friendly & cooler temperatures is a must. Heat agitates my MS so I have to keep my home cool (66-69°).
Roomie - JTodd late 50’s/Male w/ a disability also. No children. Works 3rd shift.

Although we may have disabilities, my home is NOT handicapped accessible.

We keep to ourselves and love peace, quiet, and clean surroundings. We are cannabis and LGBTQ+ friendly.
