The propriety is downtown Fort Lauderdale, walking distance to Las Olas. It’s on Street level with an entrance from the garage where you can park your car and another entrance at the front. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor, community room, a gym and library. Easy Uber to airport and 2 blocks from Federal Hwy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance.
About the roomies
You will be the only roommate living with me. I’m a retired Award winning art director who moved from Princeton, NJ and worked in NYC. I’m into music bigtime but listen mostly on the patio, with a small, portable system. Going to museum and classical music concerts is a passion. Property lease is with the rental property (Roommate agreement is with me.
