I am looking for a female tenant who is respectful, clean, and considerate. Preferred college students or the age of 40 and over female tenant. The room is private and unfurnished while the bathroom is shared. To move in, you must provide proof of employment and a current background check report. Please note, that we do not accept drugs, alcohol, smoking, or over night guests. We offer both month-to-month and yearly leases. We require a $650 security deposit and the first month’s rent before move-in. WiFi and utilities are included in the rent. The house is located in a nice neighborhood near the 215 and 15 freeways with nearby schools, grocery stores, Costco, Post Office and shopping centers.

This is a quiet and clean house. New hardwood floors, granite kitchen, and upgraded bathrooms. All of the roommates are very nice and friendly.
