This is a top floor apartment with shared living room and bathroom spaces. There is a washer and dryer attached to the kitchen as well as a balcony. You would have your own room and privacy. Utilities would be split between us.

I am looking for one other roommate who can be extremely respectful of each other’s space, privacy and boundaries. I am hard working, busy and not always around due to work and travel. I am looking for a roommate who can move in for at least a year who also values respect, privacy, communication and kindness.
