2br 2ba apartment on the 3rd floor in Burton Ridge Apartments, “luxury” apartment. The apartments were built in 2021, so everything is basically brand new. In unit Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, central air, and a balcony overlooking a forested area. Bills will be 50/50 for electric and gas. Listed price is less than half, I’m paying more to have the larger bedroom. Ample closet space, including room in the shared storage basement area for anything you don’t need in the apartment. Parking is assigned, but there are also extra spots in case you have guests/family visiting, your assigned spot would be in a carport. Your bedroom measures 11’ by 12.5’, and also has a large closet, you’ll also have your own bathroom, but it isn’t connected to the bedroom so it isn’t exactly private.

The complex is extremely well kept, lots of green space, several ponds, walking bridge and places to picnic. There’s also a pool, and a cardio room.

Complex is right off of the Beltline about 1/4 a mile from Calvin college, and about 1/2 a mile from 28th street including Woodland Center Mall.

I haven’t uploaded pics of the apartment because I don’t have access to one of the bedrooms, and a good amount of the furniture currently in the apartment will be leaving with my former roommate. That being said, if you would like pictures of the place, I’m willing to send you some via message.

You’ll also be required to sign on to the lease with the company that runs the complex.

It’s just me! Going through a breakup currently, and I’d like someone to split the bills with. I like this apartment too much to pack up and leave.

Anyway, I’m 36, 5’9“ 150lbs. No animals currently although I do plan to get a cat soonish. I think I’m pretty cool I guess? I like my motorcycle and working on it, I play video games, read, mess around with 3D Modeling/Printing, play DND, etc. I work a 9-5, go to the gym 4 days a week, and hang out with my buddies 2 days a week. So I’m not going to be home all the time! I’m a pretty laid back guy, as long as you’re clean enough, and not partying/playing music super late, I’m sure we’ll get along decently. I’m pretty tidy, and I will expect you to treat our common spaces with respect.
