Looking for a roomate ASAP for this beautiful home in coconut creek that has a pool and is on the water Just 15 minutes from the beach and Fort Lauderdale! I am renting a private furnished room with a private bathroom in a fully furnished home. I’m the only person here and looking for a roomate The cost will be $1800 (can maybe negotiate a little if needed) and as for Utilities we can work something out I am very quiet and don’t smoke or drink and I am looking for someone who is also like that, but of course I don’t mind having a pool party every now and then and having fun, I’m very easy to get along with I just ask that you clean up after yourself, pay your part, and aren’t too loud There’s also an office room (can be shared) and the guest room is available for rent. The house includes: • Pool • Backyard • Pool table • Full kitchen • Outdoor area Everything you need is here!
