Excellent location! Pretty much everything you need is within 1 mile, such as restaurants, nail salon, grocery stores, gas stations, Walmart, dollar stores, and a public boat ramp and dock. Walking distance to Brodys, Publix, etc. Only 2 miles from downtown waterfront. Approximately half way between Parris Island and the air station.

Myself and my little dog, and boyfriend are the only occupants. So not living in a full house with other tenants or kids. This is not a multi-share, and this listing is for 1 occupancy only.

Room can be rented as unfurnished or furnished. I currently have a twin sized daybed in the room now. You’ll have your own bedroom and own private bathroom. There is also a nice 10x24’ covered front porch to enjoy.

No couples, no kids. Prefer no other pets, but dogs may be considered on a case by base basis. I do have one small friendly dog, so it would depend on them getting along.

Rent is $950 per month, and includes utilities. Deposit of $500 plus first month’s rent to move in. Must gross 3x rent and be able to pass a background check. Rental on month to month basis, can be discussed as a longer lease after 3 months of occupancy.

We are working professionals that stay busy. Our dog loves everyone, she never meets a stranger.
