O'farrell Street

We’re looking for a female roommate to share the living room (split the room in the picture in half) My roommate who is currently using the whole space. She is a student but also works part-time.

Our apartment is near Japantown and lots of great restaurants and cafes are all around plus, there’s Korean groceries and Safeway right across the place (literally) There’s a gym in 3 min walk (I’m a gym member) and AMC theater in 5 min walk.

Secured building, safe, quiet and a nice neighborhood!

Me and my roommate are Academy of Art University students, quiet, introvert and respecting each others space. Both are Koreans but speaking in English most of the time. Oh, and I have a very quiet, polite, sweet but bit timid black cat.
