Co-ed 3b3b House Opportunity starting August 3rd (Affordable + Walk to FSU Campus)
Your Own Space: Each bedroom is a decent size, features a large window, and comes with a private bathroom – a huge plus for privacy!
Walk to FSU Campus: It’s super convenient – about a 10-minute walk to the Strozier Library. Plus, it’s in a safe neighborhood.
Affordable: Rent plus utilities will be around $800 per person each month. You’d be hard-pressed to find something this affordable so close to campus.
House Perks: Includes a washer/dryer, free parking right out front, and a nice backyard perfect for gardening or BBQs. The living room and kitchen will be furnished, so you’ll only need to decorate your own bedroom. There’s also a bus stop nearby that can take you to a shopping and dining area in just 15 minutes.
Pet-Friendly: There will be a small resident dog, so you’ll need to be okay with pets (and we’re open to more if you have one).
About the roomies
I’m hoping to create a study-focused, respectful, tidy, and chill environment where we can all support each other through school. The two current residents are in a PhD program.
