Your bedroom is unfurnished; rest of house is partially furnished with a fully furnished kitchen (there is extra cupboard space for anything you want to add), laundry facilities, and Internet. House includes large living room with high ceiling, dining area adjacent to kitchen/behind living room, and a large family room. The family room is mostly empty, so you could add furniture there if you wish. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Off-street parking. Nice neighborhood and park nearby. I’ve lived in the house for five years. I’m a retired journalist and schoolteacher and an active outdoor recreationist. Your share of the rent will be $775 per month.
