About the room

This room is located upstairs next to the other 2 bedrooms. The shared bathroom is large and spacious and just across the hall. All of us work during the day, so the house is very chill and quiet. The laundry room is located upstairs as well. If you need additional storage, we can make room for you in the hall closet. The lease is up in October and I don’t plan on renewing because I’m moving out of state. The landlord is very easy to work with so I’m sure renewing for those who want to stay here would be very easy.

About the roomies

My sister and 2 brothers live here with me but one brother only stays there occasionally on the weekends. The house is very quiet but we do have a Sunday dinner cookout every once in a while. We are all fun and easygoing.
