This is your own room and private bathroom in a one story home. The bedroom is 13.5 feet by 12 feet. It is unfurnished. The great room is communal and you will have 1/3 of the kitchen space. You will have the ability to store extra things in the garage and above-garage attic. There is a lovely backyard with a firepit and a free standing porch with pergola.

This is a very safe, family-oriented neighborhood 12 minutes away from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes away from downtown Weaverville.

You are responsible for monthly rent and 1/3 of the utilities. This room is available and ready for move-in now.

$900 security deposit required for move-in.

We are hard-working people who love our dogs! IfeTayo lives here 4 days a week and is currently a Chinese Medicine student. During the week, she is in classes. She has a standard poodle that is crate trained. Morgan works at a ranch in Maggie Valley five days a week and his cattle/sheep dogs go to work with him and are never left at home alone.

We occupy the two smaller rooms in the house and share a bathroom. We really like our lives, get along well, and don’t have parties or drama, but are open to dinner gatherings. We are clean, kind, and respectful. Both of us are friendly but not intrusive. This is a great home if you love privacy and peace. We are happy to share the love of our well-trained and affectionate pups with you, but with three animals we are not permitted to add any more pets (per the landlord/homeowner).

We ask that our new roommate is a non-cigarette smoker, respectful, and helps us keep the common areas tidy.
