Looking for a roommate! I have a large room available in the Swillburg neighborhood of Rochester for rent. Close to lots of bar and fantastic places to eat. You would be sharing a 1/2 house with me, my 2 year old 60lb mutt, my 2 cats ages 4 and 2, as well as foster kittens. We have 3 total bedrooms, (one is used as a foster room), 1.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, one spot in the driveway, a porch, a basement for storage, and a large fenced in yard. The whole house is furnished aside from the bedroom. Pets are okay on a case by case basis (they’ll have to be good with my critters and okay with other animals coming and going frequently). One parking spot, lawn care, garbage, water and snow removal are all included. Rent and utilities would be split between the two of us, so we’d split the rent of $1095, RGE (total depends on the season) and WiFi ($56 total). A $550 security deposit will also be necessary.

Here’s a bit about me. I’m a young women working at a veterinary office, I foster at Lollypop and dog sit often. So there are always lots of animals coming and going in my house. In my free time I like to hike, camp and spend time with my animals.

I’m looking for someone responsible and easygoing share my home with. LBGTQ friendly.
