The house is in the Historic District walking distance to downtown, bus access, nice and quiet street. The house has four floors including the laundry room, a small garden in the rear .The room is on the third floor of the house. Utilities are included, use of the kitchen, and laundry facility also included. No drugs, smoking in the house or overnight guest. The room will.be available by the end of July 2026. The rent is negotiable.

No other residents. I am very clean , organized and very private. I do not drink. smoke or do drugs. I have a cat Gypsy, and a dove, Mirumir. In case you have allergies. I get along with everyone respect their privacy and l hope l find a housemate with same qualities.
