The room comes with a queen sized bed that has already been set up, and the bathroom already has a shower rod and curtain. The rest of the house is already furnished, so you just need to bring your clothes and any items you would like to add! I would also recommend bringing some lamps because the bedroom has no overhead light source. The property is incredibly safe and the neighborhood is maintained via an HOA. You will be walking distance from the sound and within five minutes from downtown Morehead City and Atlantic Beach.
I am the only one currently renting the property. I am a social worker for the Department of Social Services. I have one dog named Koda who is energetic and cuddly. I keep to myself mostly. I like to cook, read, and take walks along the sound. I can get along with most people and am a very easygoing roommate. I just ask that you keep the common spaces clean!
