Roommate 1. Elderly woman who smokes pot on the balcony. She’s super sweet and hilarious.

Roommate 2. Older lesbian who likes to beautify the property. She’s kind of like the master tenant and does most of the gardening. She’s very tidy.

For ease for me and to keep your payments predictable, I prefer a $150 flat fee for utilities which would cover the following: Fiber internet 98, PGE 90-335, water/sewer 150, garbage 125, monthly professional deep cleaners 200.

People pretty much keep to themselves but are very warm and friendly. One roommate is a retired woman who is sweet and super chill and likes to 420 on the balcony. Her daughters come and help with laundry and garbage. The other roommate is an older lesbian who works in Auctions and stems from NY, she mostly keeps to herself but likes to beautify the place. She does most of the gardening.
