This is a private room with queen bed and work space priced well for graduate students, traveling nurses, or young professionals.

You’re welcome to use the whole house (1.5 baths, kitchen, back deck, living room etc).

The location is excellent, we have a park/walking trail with a pond and are 1.2 miles to P&G, 1.8 miles to DSU, and 2.4 miles to Bayhealth.

Two housemates: a healthcare professional and graduate student. I’m an avid pickle baller who likes working out, reading, hiking, camping, and catching up on shows in spare time. No shoes worn throughout the house and we highly value cleanliness, so if you’re looking for a clean zen place to decompress, this is it.
