The room’s rent is $950 including utilities. Utilities provided are Wi-Fi, water, gas, central AC, and electricity. These are a shared utility for all house residents. Street parking is available with space throughout the block.
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood next to a middle school and up the street from a local park. We’re conveniently situated about 5 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and only 2 miles from Cal State LA and East Los Angeles College.
