Hi I’m looking for a someone to take over my roommate’s room. The apartment is up stairs with a gate and shared courtyard. There is onsite laundry. The rent would be split along with utilities. The room would be $1000 and then utilities range from $150-$170. The room for rent is the biggest room, so lots of space.
I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful. No kids unfortunately and no pets are allowed. I am LGBT+ friendly. I would like someone who is collaborative as since my roommate is moving and majority of the furniture is going with them so we have a blank canvas to create a new home :)) .
My roommate won’t be moving until September so the room will be available End of September / early October. A deposit of $750 is required in moving in along with first month’s rent.
