I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Missoula. Rent is $700 per month with internet at $50 and the power bill around 35 split. The lease is for one year and starts September 5.

The apartment is slightly unfurnished but has the basics covered. Water is included in rent. We’ll split other utilities like internet and electricity.

There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, a dedicated parking spot, and a small storage unit available.

The building only allows one pet, and I already have a cat, so no additional animals are allowed.
