Each roommate will have a private bedroom and share a bathroom. Rent is $650per month for a furnished room (Queen bed) - Can be moved if you want to bring your own bed.

The home includes a two-car garage, with the option to reserve a space for an additional $50 per month otherwise there is free parking in front of the house.

This place is cat friendly with a pet fee (max one cat per tenant). Also includes free access to fitness center and community center located directly across the street.

Looking for clean, mature, and academically focused individual but would also love someone that is interested in going out and exploring activities once in a while.
