House is in a private community and sits on a small lake with a lake view .. A quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and a market . Shared bathroom, kitchen , laundry and living room

We all are easy to get along with , personable , and friendly, no egos. Everyone helps keep the house clean at all times , takes out trash and keeps their rooms tighty. We are of all age groups , and nationalities. We ask everyone to be mindful of others and not be too loud and disruptive to the others that live in the house . My wife and I are originally from Los Angeles and have recently moved back to Aurora . It’s a fun living environment
