Private bedroom in a four bedroom house. Shared bathroom with other 2 roommates but maintain a very clean environment. Shared spaces include living room, dining room, backyard, and garage (laundry located there). House is only a 15 min commute from SJSU. Move in is Aug 1st but can negotiate July 1st if needed. About the roomies
Existing roommates are 25-year-old professional males, all alumni of SJSU. We have different schedules and split the shared spaces but occasionally come together for movie night or cards. Looking for anyone willing to join the group we’ve created here, college students accepted as well.
