Married couple with 1 dog and 1 cat. Currently renting out a room upstairs to one person so a total of 3 people in the home currently. The townhome was built in 22 and is an end unit with parking beside and in front of the home. We are very clean people and prefer the same. We work daytime business hours and off weekends. No additional pets or couples please.
