I have a nice size, comfortably furnished, or partially if you don’t need a complete bedroom suite room for rent in a lovely 3 Bdr 2b home . It sits in a peaceful but friendly neighborhood close to bus routes, shopping, and medical facilities. A 5 min drive to historic Jacksonville known for “Britt Gardens “ , featuring world renowned entertainment, and fine dining. Being one of the gateways to several epic wineries, the Applegate River and Lake. Recreation to include campgrounds , hiking, fishing, even base jumping, all nestled in the beautiful Applegate Valley.
There is a large furnished patio, deck, ( smoking area) , heater fireplace, pingpong, outdoor bar, gas grill, fire pit, 9 x 15 above ground pool, raised beds for a garden, ( currently filled with a variety of tomatoes, cucumbers. In progress a small decorative pond. I have recently renovated the garage into an entertainment room , completely carpeted, with a pub dining table, pool table , sofa , chairs and in process of an area for crafting. rea for crafting.. This also houses an an industrial size washer and dryer for your use as long as you are ONLY doing YOUR laundry and supply your own detergents etc. I have a cat that thinks everyone else should pay rent in HIS house,😂His name is Ninja aka “ SON”.. He is tolerable of some dogs depending on aggression and size..If intimidated ( cornered) HE WILL STAND HIS GROUND. …polite way of saying RUDE and TERRITORIAL.. DISCLOSURE : There’s not a pet I don’t love but another cat is just not conducive to keeping the peace. Nor is a dog with uncontrolled barking, digging up gardens chewing of property etc. . ( Sorry)IOf course accidents happen understandably.

I am looking for someone with the idea of living in a HOME ..that does not come with MAID SERVICE. and has the courtesy of helping out with the obvious; ,meaning clean up your own messes as you go along. If you are approved for a dog, iT IS MANDATORY that you are on “ poop patrol“ BEFORE you leave for work and AFTER. Recent experience may have caused me to change my mind on allowing a dog. We will discuss. If the trash is full.. please be accountable. ETC. Pretty simple. Take a part in small caretaking of the home ..it’s kind a team player idea. , I am NOT looking for someone that is looking for a B&B. (Just rest their head) Overnight guests -should need to be an urgent situation and pre discussed prior to bringing your guest.. and understood .I’m not saying NEVER.
