I am in the process of getting approved for this house, so I will need a roommate or two! The price may vary based on who I find, or if I perhaps host a foreign exchange student as well! In North Clairemont! Near the 805, 52, and right around the corner from the 5! Convoy Asian Cultural District is across the (805) bridge and Mission Valley is just a few minutes away. I work at Liberty Station and it takes me about 12 minutes to get to work with no traffic. Working in the southern part of the city is awesome because there is no traffic there and back most days with a “9-5” job.

New construction, 3-bedroom, 2 bath house with: -AC (Central Air) -Washer/Dryer (electric) -Marble countertops -Carpet in room and living areas, LVP flooring in kitchen -Fridge with ice maker -Convention oven (electric) -Astro-turf in about half the yard, gravel in the other -Street parking only :/ -No garage or outdoor storage (tho I plan on asking if I can put a small shed in back, for my e-bike and camping supplies) -Fenced in yard

Let me start by saying I have a smaller dog (Jack Russell Beagle mix) and he is suuuuuper friendly. He does not chew, bite, or pee inside or anything like that. He is also typically very quiet unless someone knocks on the door loudly. As for me, I work in the hospitality/travel industry, full time at a hotel, and part time for Fora. I love hanging with friends, eating out, trying new foods, trying new cafes, coffee, Japanese culture and food (I am part of a culture club), sci-fi stuff, computers, camping, e-biking (trails and road), video games, reading, being outdoors, cooking, traveling, and all kinds of stuff really! Ideally, I would find someone with some similar interests so we can hang out too. I love cooking for friends and family and previous roommates and I have cooked for each other (and our friends) and had game nights and things like that. I understand that not everyone is like that, and that’s ok too!
