This is a beautiful apartment right across the street from Ponto beach in Leucadia. We are looking for a roommate to take over the room on November 3. The room is on the smaller side but perfect for someone who is going to school, working most of the week, or anyone who wants to be able to walk across to the beach and surf all day.

We are a married couple in our late 20’s, we spend most of our time outside the house. When we are home however, we do enjoy having the house quiet to study and relax. We do not drink, party, or smoke and we would request the new roomate to not smoke either. We also have a very sweet dog, so you have to be ok with saying hi to her every time you walk in the door!

-Rent: $1000+$500(Deposit) (utilities included)

-1 year lease with the option to stay longer.

-Direct access to Ponto and Grandview, very short walk across the street (5 min).
